These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CyberDEBS website and services ("CyberDEBS", "we", "us", "our"). By buying a data bundle, registering as an agent, or otherwise using the platform, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What we do
CyberDEBS is a Ghanaian marketplace for buying mobile data bundles for MTN, Telecel and AirtelTigo. Customers buy bundles directly or through an agent's storefront, and registered agents resell bundles to their own customers. Bundles are delivered electronically to the recipient phone number through our network and third-party data vendors.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the service.
- You must provide accurate information, including a valid recipient phone number, when placing an order.
- Agents must register an account and provide accurate business and contact details.
3. Orders and delivery
- You are responsible for entering the correct recipient phone number and selecting the correct network and bundle. Bundles delivered to a wrong number that you provided are not refundable.
- Most bundles are delivered within minutes, but delivery times depend on the mobile networks and our data vendors and are not guaranteed.
- Once a bundle has been successfully delivered to the recipient number, the sale is complete and final.
- If a delivery fails, it is handled in line with our Refund Policy.
4. Pricing and payment
- All prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and are payable in full before delivery.
- Payments are processed by our third-party payment partners (for example Paystack and Hubtel) via Mobile Money or card. We do not store your card or Mobile Money PIN.
- Prices and available bundles may change at any time without prior notice.
- Agents set their own selling prices for their customers but may not sell below the wholesale price we set.
5. Agent accounts and wallets
- Agents are responsible for keeping their login details secure and for all activity on their account.
- Agents fund a wallet to buy bundles at wholesale prices. A platform fee may apply to agent accounts as disclosed at sign-up and on the dashboard.
- Wallet balances and commissions earned may be withdrawn to the Mobile Money number on your profile, subject to any minimum withdrawal amount we set.
- We may suspend an agent's storefront for non-payment of fees, fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use CyberDEBS to:
- commit fraud or use stolen payment details;
- resell bundles in a way that breaches the mobile networks' own terms;
- interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform; or
- break any applicable law of Ghana.
We may suspend or close any account that breaches this section.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The platform may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance or reasons beyond our control, including network or vendor outages.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberDEBS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Where we are found liable for a failed order, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under Ghanaian law.
9. Privacy
We collect the information needed to provide the service — such as the recipient phone number, payment reference, and agent contact details — and use it to process orders, deliver bundles, and provide support. We do not sell your personal data. Payment processing is handled by our payment partners under their own privacy terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "last updated" date above will change. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
